Resend an SMS to verify a users mobile.

Please note that on the sandbox environment, no emails and SMS are sent, the default verification code to complete email and mobile verification on the sandbox is 123456.

On production, the sending of SMS is a chargeable event and although we implement rate limits, we encourage you to implement limiting in order to prevent users from taking advantage of SMS fraud.
